Q: What is hypnosis?
A: Hypnosis is a state of highly focused attention and concentration. It is also 100% natural and normal. Through hypnosis, you enter a state of heightened receptivity that allows you to more easily rebuild habits and behaviours along with emotions, beliefs and feelings.
In a nutshell hypnosis is a naturally occurring state that you likely have experienced hundreds to even thousands of times in the past. When used properly, it can be a tremendous tool for utilising the power of your mind to make changes and take control of your life.
Q:What does hypnosis feel like?
A: There is no magic feeling that washes over you although most of my clients say they feel very relaxed and totally at ease during hypnosis. Some say they have this comfortable pleasant drifting feeling where they seem to just zone out. Where in truth you are alert and perceptive to the positive suggestions you're receiving.
Q: How long does it take to begin to see changes?
A:The good news is people often begin to experience the benefits of hypnosis after the first session. What works quickly for one person may take a little longer for another. If you put in the effort and you practice the skills and techniques I show you and give to you then, change will happen.
This is not something I do to you it's a collaboration.
Q: How can I work with you?
A:This year I have changed how I work slightly. Demand has been so great in the past 12 months that I cannot see all of the people who want to work 1-1 with me so I have very limited 1-1 sessions available. However I have created digital therapy programs which are an exact replica of what we would do if you were to be in a live session with me. Currently there is the Slimvincible Weight Loss Program and Sleep Better Stress Less, shortly there will be my full Anxiety Relief Program.
