I did everything that was asked of me by the medical world, but still the results were pretty slim.
I felt lost and exhausted by pretty much everything.
It became very clear to me that if I was going to get my life back on track, that I needed to stop what clearly wasn't working and approach things in a very different way.
Tiny, little twinkles of hope is how I would describe the changes I began to experience when the symptoms started to shift.
It didn't happen overnight. But week by week, month by month, I could notice and feel the changes happening.
I wanted to get back to the person I used to be, however I discovered that was a mistake.
The old me had become stressed out to the point of exhaustion from my life at that point. The only way I was going to regain my life was to start taking better care of ME.
Fast forward to now and my life is a whole different story.
I've learned to view the whole experience as a lesson.
The first step towards recovery is changing your perception of Fibromyalgia and CFS.
Not to be in a battle about becoming well, but in an understanding of what your body is trying to tell you, as strange as that may seem.
As you begin to notice, the symptoms subside and your pain levels drop, your power will increase and your energy will resurface.
You will begin to find purpose and happiness in your life and, let me tell you, it feels good to smile again!
I did it, I've helped others do it and I'd love to help you rebuild and regain your life too and see you smile again.
You deserve to feel healthy and happy.
