Pay attention to this part though. Most people don’t realise that to achieve real lasting change, we need to tackle the stuff that's going on under the surface often outside of our awareness.
The root cause of how you're feeling often lies in misdirection and misplaced beliefs and the stories from your past – negative self-talk and thinking that chain you down, making you feel unworthy, directionless or lost.
These ingrained negative self-perceptions form barriers to the health and happiness you seek.
Such self-defeating loops keep you stuck, making change seem elusive or even impossible.
Without identifying and addressing these barriers (something I’m going to help you do), feelings of despair and frustration continue, and the cycle repeats, preventing real progress.
Waiting for change to magically happen will only lead to a perpetual wait.
Change starts with acknowledging where you’re at right now and envisioning your desired wellbeing.
